Refunds are only applicable in cases where the actual installations have not been done.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
  • Once approved, please allow up to 15 working days for the refund process to be completed.
  • Products that have been installed and used are not eligible for a refund unless the issue is confirmed by our technical team.
  • 10% service charges will be deducted the cost already occurred.
