1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Once installed and used there are no refunds offered for the filters, unless there is a proven issue relating to the performance of the filtration equipment. All potential refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; if a payment has been made refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  1. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION POLICY
  • The product will be delivered and installed within 1-3 working days at your doorstep.
  • The price of installation has been included in the price of the product including VAT.

All solutions are delivered and installed by trained Safe Water technicians. Installations are made on the optimum functioning of the system and considering any specific needs of the customer. Solutions can be installed and delivered throughout the UAE. The installation day and time will be scheduled and agreed with you directly.
